To update the community with the information I know so far.
The building will be demolished soon - exact dates to be confirmed as quotes to get the best value were needed. Once these are agreed then work will start as soon as possible. The site has 24/7 security.
I have been involved in the working group of Councillors and Officers that is looking at the tender documents and conditions that will be published soon. To confirm again that no housing will be on this site, this will be a community sports and leisure facility.
I have asked to be updated when more information comes in and of course I will share this with the residents of Coldharbour.
